Grand Prix Bromont

When: September 21 at 12 noon

Where: the Bromont Velodrome

Cost: 15$

Events:
• Rodeo introduction sprint- a chance to intoduce the riders to the spectators with a 2 lap dash to the finish
• Elimination- The last rider is removed every other lap- always exciting
• Chariot (possibly keirin if I can get a motor bike)- A short fast mass start race.
• Snowball- First lap is worth 1 point the 20th lap is worth 20... the rider with the most points wins you do the math.

B final- 5km scratch race- 5km, 20 laps first one across the line wins.

A final Unknown distance points race- nobody knows- the offical rolls a couple dice, counts down the laps and rings a bell, the bell rings and the riders sprint.

Categories- elite, junior, masters and women (categories will be combined at discretion of the officials if there are less than 10 riders in a category) (winners in each category event will be invited join the elite men in the A final)

Prizes- prizes will be paid by event 3-5 places. The A final well have cash prizes 8 places deep. Paid out of a purse of 400$ plus a portion of the registration fees. Merchandise prizes to be announced.
