It's Tall Tales Time
We have a pair of week long grandstand passes to give away for the Worlds. This includes reserved seating on the course, with a full view of the big screen television coverage. The value of this package is $300.
All you have to do is tell us why you deserve this package more than anyone else. So, bring on the sob stories, the over the top flattery, the blatant attempts to curry favour. Send in your best effort by 6:00 pm EDT Friday (October 3rd), and we will pick the one that most catches our fancy, and award you the tickets. By the way, we will be publishing the best efforts.
Entries should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include a contact e-mail address that works, and a suitable nom de plume.

Hamilton, ON - The Hamilton 2003 Road World Cycling Championships, in partnership with GO Transit, is pleased to announce the addition of Special World Cycling GO Train service on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12 from Union Station in Toronto to the Hamilton GO Centre. The Special World Cycling GO Trains will help cycling fans from Toronto to Burlington get to and from the Road World Championships.
The Hamilton GO Centre is located on 36 Hunter Street East, just steps away from the race course on James Street and less than three blocks away from the Start / Finish Line in front of City Hall. Fans are also reminded that there is regular GO Bus service between Toronto Union Station and the Hamilton GO Centre during the week and on the weekends. Also of note is that passengers may bring their bicycles on the GO Train, but not on the GO Bus. For more information on GO Transit schedules and service visit, www.gotransit.com.
"GO is excited about running extra trains on the weekend to help people get to and from and World Cycling Championships in Hamilton," said GO Transit Chairman, Dr. Gordon Chong. "Our extra service to Hamilton for the bike race is another example of GO helping people get around the GTA without facing the inconvenience and annoyance of bumper to bumper traffic on the highways."
