Victoria Training Camp Update

The first two days of the Schwalbe Reckless training camp were a bit hit and miss. Saturday was great. We did 3-3.5 hours of base training with some challenging hill paces and some relaxed spinning. Sunday was pretty much a bust, for most of you as I would think. The morning was punctuated by a small crashes by several members (these incidents did not even happen while we were on our group ride). The ice was tragic.

For this reason the rides will be pushed back to 10:30 am. This will give the ground a chance to thaw out for our rides. The December 31st ride is still a go. We will meet at Mom's Cafe in Sooke. The time will be changed to 10:30 as well. Please come out and enjoy a "race style" ride.

The plan for Monday is Hills!!!!! We will be doing the waterfront to warm up and then we will head up and up. Several formal hill workouts will be done so if you want to learn how to climb....show up at the Tillicum Starbucks at 10:30.

Please email victoriatrainingcamp@hotmail.com if you need more info or if you would like to see a copy of our ride schedule.
