Lance Armstrong will be coming to Toronto on September 24th to speak at a motivational seminar presented by the The Power Within. This will be his first ever visit to Toronto. The cost to attend this seminar is $329, however, Canadian Cyclist has arranged for 200 tickets to be made available to our readers for $189 - a 40% discount!
