We are looking for motivated, cycling experienced individuals to take on a number of positions in the cycling program.

Nature and Scope: Hardwood Hills NCC is looking to hire a coach to work on a contractual basis with our DEVO team. The DEVO team is a youth development squad for youth from 13-18 years of age, additional details available at www.hardwoodhills.ca. As a member of the Coaching Network, the coach must be willing and posses the following:

• Meet with athletes a minimum of four times per month on Weekends and Wednesday nights.
• Provide monthly training programs for athletes.
• Adhere to all the policies and procedures of the program.
• To travel at own expenses to various races in Ontario.
• NCCP Level One-Mountain Biking
• Previous race experience
• Experience with training programs.
• Access to a computer and the internet.

Location: Barrie, Ontario

Compensation: Contractual wage based on the number of athletes.
