UCI Announces Pro Tour Teams

Despite announcements by the three main Tours (France, Italy and Spain) that they do not intend to participate in the Pro Tour, the UCI continues to forge ahead with their plans for the introduction of the series next season, with the release of the final list of teams that will be on the Pro Tour for 2005. Below is the list, with the names of some of the top riders on each squad.
