Cannondale Buys Sugoi

Cannondale, the U.S. manufacturer of aluminum bicycles, has announced that it reached an agreement to purchase Canadian cycling clothing manufacturer Sugoi Performance Apparel. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. Sugoi is Canada's second largest cycle clothing manufacture, after Louis Garneau. At this time Cannondale says that Sugoi will continue to operate as a separate unit based in Vancouver.
