Burnaby Six Day Info

Greetings fellow cyclists. As the event organizer of the Burnaby SixDay I have been getting plenty of responses from riders outside of the Lower Mainland. There are many riders coming in for the week and are asking me if there is any host housing available. I am sending out a request to any cyclist or cycling enthusiast in the Greater Vancouver Area to send me an email if they can put up a cyclist or more for the week of December 12-17. I understand it is close to the crazy holiday season, but this was the only time available to hold the race. I am sure the riders out of the city would appreciate it, thank you.

Also just to answer any questions out there regarding the race. There will be an A, B, and C category. You can race every night that you are scheduled and gain Omnium points. If you are in the area and can only race a few of the nights then it is $5 a race but you will not collect Omnium points. Sign on for each day will close at 6:30.

For the Madison A and B, each team will compete every night and must also compete in the other A and B races on the night. Point system break down will be available at the start of the race Monday.
