Sales Director Canada

You must have experience driving sales by leading a diverse staff of sales managers, direct reps and technical sales team. You have a successful track record for getting the people under your leadership to meet and exceed their quotas. You excel in coaching, growing, motivating, and holding your team accountable to their personal goals and understand how to tie them to the company goals. You have successful experience at leading both seasoned sales people as well as in on-boarding new hires.

You lead by example and understand how to help your team sell a product in a competitive environment in a business to business structure. You thrive in a rapid paced world and you’re not afraid to hold firm on price. Technology is your friend. You understand the importance of tracking activities, behaviors, and people you manage.

You want to be part of a challenging project, working in the head office and support the functional teams to create, develop and implement the company’s strategies. You want to make the difference by applying your expertise to build our future business.

Experience working with sporting industry, wholesale, consultative sales, selling to dealers or retailers is helpful, but not required.

• Perfectly Bilingual (French and English)
• Travel up to 50%.
• You must have prior income of at least $100,000.
