The 2010 Cycling BC Annual General Meeting will be held on  Saturday October 30th, 2010 at the Park Inn Hotel:

Start Time: 10am

Information regarding the election of officers and a proposed change to the constitution/bylaws have been posted on the Cycling BC website (www.cyclingbc.net) along with proposed changes to the 2011 membership fees.  A copy of our audited 2009 Financial Statements have now been posted on our website along with details of a special resolution.

In the meantime, if you have any questions regarding the AGM please do not hesitate contacting the Cycling BC Office.

Vice President Financial Oversight (2 year term)
Vice President BMX (2 Years)
Vice President Road & Track (2 year term)
Vice President Para Cycling (1 year term)
Vice President Cyclo-cross (1 Year term)
Vice President Policy Development (2 year term)*

*this position is subject to a possible bylaw ammendment

Who Can Vote?

All 2010 Cycling BC/UCI License holders who are in good standing with Cycling BC are eligible to vote.
Affiliated Clubs in good standing may elect, in writing, one representative, who is a valid License holder, to cast one vote on behalf of the club.
