Our final series of interviews with athletes from the Canadian national para-cycling team, from the training camp held in Varadero, Cuba.
Robert Labbé is the current handcycling world champion in time trial, and hopes to defend his title at the 2010 world championships in Quebec. Surprisingly, despite his world title, Labbé does not qualify for sports carding under current carding rules.
Geneviéve Ouellet and Emilie Roy are a new tandem team, that hopes to improve upon the bronze medal Ouellet won at the 2008 Paralympics with her former partner. Roy is new to tandem and para-cycling, but is a former national U23 road champion.
