The Forest City Velodrome, Ontario Cycling Association and Canadian Cycling Association are pleased to announce the dates for Junior athletes (boys and girls) aged 17 and 18 to attempt time standards in London, Ontario.
The time standards and criteria for the Junior World Championship trials are posted on the CCA website. A commissare will be present and electronic timing will be used.
There will be no charge for the athletes to set qualifying times at the FCV trials, please register by sending an email to: forestcityvelodrome@live.com. The trials at FCV are open to any Junior-aged athlete with a Canadian UCI Racing License.
Saturday April 24th, 3:00 pm (warm-up at 2:00 pm)
Saturday May 1st, 3:00 pm (warm-up at 2:00 pm)
Saturday June 12th, 3:00 pm (warm-up at 2:00 pm)
The FCV wishes all the athletes good luck in their preparation for these trials leading up to and including the Junior World Championships in Italy during the month of August.
