This three-day free seminar series will uncover your potential to maximize your training and help you become a world class cyclist. Learn the secrets of training and success from an elite coach and how to utilize the science of cycling and the art of coaching to create new approaches to training.
Seminar 1: Cycling Economy and Time Trial Efficiency
Learn how to integrate physiological and psychological segments into the mix, develop your own techniques for warm up/cool down routines, and ride faster without changing your existing training.
