Canada will receive two starting spots in both the men's and women's time trial at the London Olympics, based on results from the elite time trials held yesterday and today. Canada easily qualified for two spots in the women's event after finishing fourth, fifth and seventh. In the men's time trial, Tuft's 13th place made Canada the tenth nation, and the top-10 receive a second spot. The U.S. will receive only one spot after Taylor Phinney finished 15th.
