Performance Cycling Camps (PCC) are proud to announce their 2012 training camp schedule. PCC camps are operated by Olympic cyclists Seamus McGrath and Andreas Hestler, who combined share 45 years of racing and training experience.

New for 2012, PCC will be offering a Gran Fondo specific camp. Build the necessary miles and cycling ‘know how’ to truly enjoy the Gran Fondo experience. PCC will also be offering a mountain bike camp exclusively for cross country mountain bike enthusiasts.

Based in Victoria BC, a mecca for endurance sports, PCC offers the time crunched athlete the chance to complete a solid pre-season block of training.  Training camps are an essential part of setting up a successful cycling season.

PCC coaches Seamus and Andreas have just finished coaching another successful Maui Cycling Camp with Ryder Hesjedal and Tyler Farrar. PCC continues to work with the best cyclists in the world and aims to stay at the forefront of the latest training techniques. Seamus and Andreas are passionate about cycling, training and sharing their knowledge with their clients.

Performance Cycling Camps offer road and mountain bike training for competitive and non-competitive cyclists, MAP testing, heart rate zone analysis, video analysis, bike fit, and cross training sessions are all available. Road Cycling Camp Camp:
May 4, 5, 6

Mountain Bike Camp:
April 13, 14, 15

PCC is partnered up with the Parkside Victoria Resort and Spa. This is a brand new LEED Resort, offering luxurious accommodations with all of the amenities of home, plus a little more! The Parkside is located in the heart of beautiful Victoria BC, and will be our headquarters for the duration of the camp. The Parkside is offering our clients and their families’ special rates for the duration of the camp. Kitchenettes are available.
