IMBA Canada News for the month of February
IMBA Hires New Ontario Coordinator
With his third child on the way, Jason Murray, IMBA's Ontario Coordinator and founding leader of the Durham Mountain Bike Association, will be stepping down later this month.
"Jason's dedication to mountain biking and the trails community in Ontario has been an invaluable asset to IMBA over the past four years. We are all sad to see him go, but wish him the best of luck with his growing family," said Lora Woolner, executive director of IMBA Canada.
Taking over for Jason will be Igor Hoogendorn, long-time GORBA member and National Mountain Bike Patrol Instructor. Full press release.
IMBA Canada at Toronto International Bike Show
It's that time of year again! IMBA Canada will be setting up shop and the Toronto International Bike Show, March 2-4. Come by the booth and renew your membership, buy some swag, or just say 'hi'! Mont-Tremblant Trails Survey
The board of the Mont-Tremblant Bike Club (Club de Vélo Mont-Tremblant) is hosting an online survey to help them improve and expand their trail network. If you ride in the area, or can see yourself taking a trip to la belle province, please take a few minutes and respond.
