There's one month to go to this year's early edition of the Good Friday Road Race, and the Hamilton Cycling Club still has plenty of opportunities for enthusiasts to get involved.
Looking for action? There's no better place to see the race than as a driver. Whether you're the lead, escorting the Commissaire or providing vital Neutral Support, you'll have a front-row seat for all the excitement!
Too young to drive? Being a course marshal is the next best thing to being a driver. You'll work side-by-side with the Hamilton Police to ensure that racers stay on course and that everyone has a fun and safe event.
Want to hang out by the Start/Finish line? Registration is a key job that sets the tone for the entire event. Be a greeter or help out with sign-in!
In short, there's something for everyone so check your calendar and consider spending Friday, April 6th, with us.
There will be a volunteer readiness meeting roughly one week before the race to make sure everything goes smoothly.
In the meantime, if you have any questions at all about how you might fit in, please contact the Race Director at marcrisdale@gmail.com
