The Elite and U23 women are just about to start. The elite women will do a start loop and 5 full laps of the 5 km course. The U23 women 4 laps and a start loop.
The weather is perfect for racing. Mid 20's and the course is dry - a bit too dry as the organizers were out this morning applying water to some of the downhill sections that had gotten very dusty.

Also starting are Canada Cup winner Sandra Walter (XPREZO-BORSAO), and her teamate Jean Ann Berkenpas (XPREZO-BORSAO)
