The non-profit London Centennial Wheelers, along with the London Cycling club, are hosting the Southwest Challenge cycling tour on Saturday, September 8th. We have the epic 170 kilometre ride (from London to Woodstock and back) and the achievable 100 kilometre tour, which includes the best of the 170 kilometre ride. This is a fully supported ride, with rest stops, lunch, a post ride meal and prizes.
We will be raising money for Children's Health Foundation, which supplies funds for the Children's Hospital and Children's Research Institute of London, serving sick and injured children from all over southwestern Ontario. Racing enthusiasts and serious and semi-serious road cyclists from all over southwestern Ontario and beyond will be participating in this year's SWC. Cyclists can raise money and earn free registration, a custom limited edition SWC race jersey and/or bib shorts, or can pay to register online.
Thanks for helping in our quest in "changing lives ... one kilometre at a time".
