Team NCCH p/b DEC Express has been invited to compete in the 2014 The Parx Casino Philly Cycling Classic on June 1st. The race is a one-day, USA Cycling sanctioned/UCI 1.2 classification professional race. Taking place in Philadelphia, the race starts and finishes at the top of the iconic Manayunk Wall in Roxborough. The event features separate Men's and Women's races, equal prize purses, KOM/QOM and Sprint Challenges.

The course will Start and Finish at the top of the iconic "Manayunk Wall" work its way down Kelly Drive along the Schuylkill River to Strawberry Mansion and Lemon Hill before returning to Manayunk along Main Street.

"This race will give our girls 2 UCI races in consecutive weekends," said Rick Lee - Manager/Head Coach of the National Cycling Centre Hamilton (NCCH). "The NCCH was contacted by the event organizer, and it seems like an ideal inclusion to our season calendar. We have a very young team, yet with the leadership of the 2014 Oceania Champion - Jessica Allen (Australia), we are sure we are set for a great season of development, great performances, and don't be surprised if we get some great results!"
