Team NCCH p/b DEC Express has had a boost to its Elite Women team with the inclusion of Karlee Gendron to its roster for 2014.
Karlee will join the following riders who will make up the Team NCCH p/b DEC Express team:
Jessica Allen (Australia) 2014 Oceania Elite Women RR Champion
Maddison Vit (Australia)
Saskia Kowalchuk (Canada)
Madeliene McConnell (Canada)
Karlee Gendron (Canada)
Allyson Gillard (Canada)
Erin Donohue (USA)
Kaitlyn Steeves (Canada)
Rick Lee, Manager/Head Coach for the NCCH, said "We are delighted to have Karlee racing with us in 2014, she comes to us with a great deal of experience for such a young rider ... with her biggest strengths on the bike being sprinting and tactics, and she will thrive giving strong efforts to help teammates achieve team goals. Karlee will continue racing with Trek Canada for the 2014 mountain bike season and she is very excited to now have this opportunity to race for Team NCCH p/b DEC Express for the road."
"We will have 6 of our team competing at the Grey County O-Cup on 10th May, and Niagara Classic, and we will be looking to use these events to 'hone' the team tactics for races to come."
Team NCCH p/b DEC express will take part in all major events, including GP Gatineau, Philly Classic, BC Super week, National Road & Track.
