We interviewed both the Elite cross-country world champions today - Canada's Catharine Pendrel winning her second world title and Julien Absalon (France) winning his fifth. In his interview, Absalon talks about switching to full suspension for the first time, and how he has completely changed his diet, including cutting out all pasta.
