Tomorrow is the first of the road races starting with the Junior Women at 9am local (3 am ET)

Weekend Schedule

Friday 26th
9 am (3 am ET) - Junior Women Road Race, 72.8 km
1 pm (7am ET) - U23 Men RR, 182 km

Saturday 27th
9 am (3 am ET) - Junior Men Road Race,  127.4 km
2 pm (8am ET) - Elite Women Road Race, 127.4 km

Sunday 28th
10 am (4am ET) - Elite Men Road Race, 254.8 km

There are plenty of ways to follow the races. 

CC will be posting updates, photos and full results via the website, Twitter and Facebook

The Twitter hashtag is  #Ponferrada2014

The UCI's live youtube channel will broadcast all races (as long as blackouts are not in effect)

Rogers Sportsnet will be broadcasting the U23, Elite Women and Elite men's road races.  Check the schedule HERE
