Steve Neal and Andrew Randell, the developers of The Cycling Gym, located in Toronto at 388 Carlaw Avenue, unit 101C, are proud to announce that they are open for business.
The Cycling Gym is a one-stop training and fitness facility for cyclists and endurance athletes. Cyclists can meet their endurance and strength training needs through a coherent, periodized training program.
One membership. One facility.
Neal and Randell believe that cyclists should be doing more than just riding their bikes. To improve athletic performance and overall well-being they should also be doing strength and conditioning training, stretching, and mobility work year round.
Steve and Andrew felt that there was no facility in Toronto that structured these workouts into an integrated training plan. They decided to fill the void and open The Cycling Gym: a dedicated, full-time training space where cyclists can work on all of their training needs. Cycling and strength and conditioning classes are taught by Steve and Andrew throughout the day. Between classes there is Open Gym time, where members can use the facility's equipment. This is a place to hang-out, learn and train with fellow cyclists.
The Cycling Gym is having a Grand Opening Promotion for the first 25 members that sign-up, with only 15 of those spots still available. For further details about the promotion, class schedule and the services available at The Cycling Gym please visit thecyclinggym.frontdeskhq.com
Steve and Andrew would also like to invite you to the launch party for The Cycling Gym, a celebration with music, food and a variety of libations served.
