Full Cycle is one of Ottawa's most respected bike shops. We're looking for a few good people for the following positions:
Sales Associate (Part Time and Full Time positions)
Ensure a positive image of Full Cycle by providing passionate, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient customer service.
Essential Functions
• Sales of bicycles, parts, accessories, and clothing
• Stay informed of product knowledge through consistent attendance at training sessions
• Assist with department merchandise presentation and restocking
• Maintain appropriate paperwork regarding returns, telephone and special orders
• Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Passion for cycling is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for sales and excellent customer service
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• High standard of professionalism
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Self starter who works well independently
• Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends

Bicycle Mechanic (Part Time and Full Time positions)
Ensure a positive image of Full Cycle by providing highest quality bicycle repairs and service for our customers.
Essential Functions
• Assembling, maintaining and repairing bicycles within Full Cycle's productivity, quality, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist sales staff as required
• Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
• Previous bike shop or similar experience is preferred
• Passion for cycling is preferred
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• High standard of professionalism
• Attention to detail
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Self starter who works well independently
• Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
