The Ontario Cycling Association (OCA) has moved into their new home at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre velodrome in Milton, and are holding their first event there - the Track O-Cup #1. We spoke with Jim Crosscombe, Executive Director of the OCA, about moving into the velodrome.
