Work with CAAWS to celebrate influential women leaders in sport and physical activity - Nominate game-changers to the CAAWS Most Influential Women List of 2015!

You can publicly recognize and honour an influential woman by nominating her to be included on The Canadian Association for the Advancement of Women and Sport and Physical Activity (CAAWS) Most INFLUENTIAL Women List of 2015. Publishing the List of Most Influential Women has become a yearly tradition for CAAWS, which does so to celebrate leaders in sport and physical activity in Canada and on the international stage.

The goal is to further assist in raising the profile of these leaders who make a significant contribution to sport or physical activity. Outstanding Canadians such as Clara Hughes, Christine Sinclair, Anne Merklinger, Karen O'Neill, Melody Davidson and Marion Lay have been named to the CAAWS Most Influential Women List in past years. You can continue the tradition by nominating a leader in your field of sport or physical activity for the 2015 List. Who do you think should be on the CAAWS Most INFLUENTIAL Women List of 2015?

The final list will be compiled by a CAAWS selection panel, from both public nominations and from contributions from knowledgeable sport and physical activity leaders. The panel reviews the submissions and bases its decision on accomplishments and scope of activities in the 2015 calendar year. Deadline for nominations is December 4th. The CAAWS Most Influential Women List for 2015 will be announced in early January 2016.
