Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Tech Support is responsible for:
• Providing technical support to retailers and consumers
• Responding to all inbound contacts in a timely manner
• Resolving retailer and consumer issues by providing solutions to meet the needs of the customer and Cervelo
• Providing support to the sales team as required (order entry, inquiries)
• Following-up with retailers and consumers to ensure satisfaction
• Developing processes and standards for managing the service function
• Managing warranties and product returns
• Providing regular and thorough reports to Quality Assurance regarding common issues with product returns
• Participating in trade shows and corporate events For this position we require:
• One year experience in customer service for a premium consumer goods company
• Fluency and comfort with MS Office; experience with Great Plains is an asset
• Industry knowledge and technical aspects of cycling is required
• Excellent communications skills; ability to speak multiple languages is an asset
• Strong organizational skills with the ablity to prioritize
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective conflict resolution skills
• Product knowledge regarding Cervelo's products is an asset
