With the Road and Mountain Bike season in full swing and the end of the season in sight it is time to announce the 2017 Cyclocross Ontario Cup calendar.
The 2017 Cyclo-Cross calendar will feature seven Ontario Cups. In addition to the seven Ontario Cups there will also be four Citizen sanctioned events. This comprehensive calendar builds off the very successful 2016 season and consists of many returning Ontario Cups as well as some that will hold an Ontario Cup designation for the first time.
The season kicks off September 10th with Trail Tours Cross hosted by Substance Projects at the Ganaraska Forest right after Labour Day weekend and concludes with Belleville Cross on the 26th of November. Dam Cross will play host to Provincial Championships on November 12th.
There are competition opportunities for members of all abilities and all types of licence holders. Ontario Cup sanctioned events are open to Citizen Permit and UCI licence holders, with the top level categories reserved for UCI licence holders only. For a breakdown on category licencing please download the Series Overview & Guidelines. Citizen sanctioned events are open to members and non-members alike.
Cyclocross only UCI licences will be available for purchase the week of August 7th. Please continue to check to OCA website for details.
