Bike Bros in Cochrane, Alberta, has openings for two mechanics. Minimum experience of two years in a shop environment. Key qualifications are good communication, honesty, driven to deliver quality (both in quality of work and treatment of customers).

We try to work around and foster staff's strengths and interests to make their work-time interesting and rewarding. Our workplace is clean, bright, professional and we love working with people who are passionate both about bike technology AND actually participating in as many cycling genres as possible.

Cochrane is a great town sitting between Calgary and the Rocky Mountains, which gives us quick access to many mountain bike trailheads, gravel, road, pathway, groomed fatbike trails, BMX track, skatepark, indoor bike park (all this within about 45 minute drive).

Cost of living is not as bad as many places further West (BC), but the amount and variety of high quality riding nearby is pretty amazing.
