August 23/19 10:02 am - Jukasa Youth Cup Schedule Revised (Ontario)

Attention Ontario Youth racers:

The race at Jukasa Speedway will take place on Saturday, August 24th, as announced.  However, the number of racers is 50% of the anticipated attendance. KW Cycling Academy wants all racers to have a fun and challenging race experience. To do so, we will be combining E/D and B/A categories.

Please see the updated schedule of events. Each category will compete in four events, including a road race. Racing for all categories begins at 9am. We request that all families arrive at 8am to sign in for the 9am start. Racing will wrap up at Noon. KWCA realizes that a shift to the event schedule at this late date is an inconvenience. However, we needed to make such adjustments in order to make the event a reality.

Revised Schedule

Event #1 – 9am
• 5 Lap Scratch - (Cat E/D)
• 6 Lap Scratch - (Cat C)
• 7 Lap Scratch - (Cat B/A)
At the end of the first event, there may be re-alignment of riders in each category

Event #2 – 9:30am
• 1 Lap Chariot Race (All Categories: E/D, C, B/A)

Event #3 – 10am
• 2 Lap Handicap (All Categories: E/D, C, B/A) – Based on Scratch race

Event #4 – 10:20am
• Road Race: (35 minutes – E/D)

Event #5 – 11am
• Road Race: (50 minutes – C, B/A)
