Cycling Canada is advertising for a Sports Programs Coordinator - a remote, part-time position (30 hours/week, $18/hour) through the Canada Summer Jobs program. The Application deadline is May 27th at 5:00 pm EST.

Job Description
• Assist with the creation of compelling web content, including social media posts, blog posts and videos
• Produce reports with google analytics and social media monitoring
• Assist with sponsorship servicing and cross promotional initiatives with partners
• Assist with the development of surveys & tools to measure member satisfaction and tracking key performance indicators
• Assist with the production of comprehensive membership reports
• Develop creative work for CC programs and events
• Manage merchandise inventory and shipping
• Support the servicing of Club 1882 - liaising with donors, shipping kits, updating the donor management system
• Provide administrative support
• Assist team at select events

Qualifications
• College or university degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant training
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Excellent written communication skills
• Effective organization and prioritization skills
• Motivated, self-starter attitude
• Experience with analytic software (Hootsuite) and website back-ends (WordPress)
• Experience with CRM systems

Preferred Skills
• Bilingual (oral and written) an asset
• Sport background
• Experience in communications or event planning
