The team has a complete Americas-based schedule for 2023. Taking on criteriums like Tulsa Tough, BC Superweek, and the fledgling National Cycle League, road races like Le Tour de Gatineau and Tour de Delta, stage races like Tour of the Gila and Joe Martin, as well as gravel events like Unbound, SBT, and Gravel Worlds. MTB endurance races Chequamegon and Leadville Trail 100 are on the calendar, too.

Bonhomme is gunning to get to Road Worlds and the 2024 Olympics on the track in the Team Pursuit and Madison. She also has eyes on Canada's road national championships. "If I win the elite road race title it would make me the first female rider in Canada to win the road race title in Junior, U23 and Elite category; I plan to do so."

Marcolini is the team's up-and-coming stage racer. A strong time trialist and climber, she has already podiumed at Redlands and been with the leaders at Gila and Joe Martin. Her heroic Gila Monster stage win showed she has what it takes to compete with, and beat, the best. This year, it’s time to confirm her talent in a hilly stage races. Looking forward, she says, "We have a strong, well-rounded team. We have riders who can be competitive in crits and stage races."
