The Glen Major Trails Need Your Help!

Trail Building: Oct 27th & 28th

Last year we built 2 km of new sustainable trails replacing several badly eroded sections. Well we're back at it again. If you liked what we did on TJ's way, come on out and help us on this build. This will be completely hand built so it will be single track, i.e. not 4' wide.

Come out and learn how to build sustainable trails, meet other trail users, and make a contribution to the trails you enjoy. Give us a few hours of your time and energy and together we'll improve the trails we love to ride. Bring some friends to help and go for a well earned ride or walk together afterwards. If you can only make one day, or even only a few hours, we'll still welcome your help.

• Meet at 9:30am each day at the "Bell Tower" parking lot at the North end of the Uxbridge 7th Concession, by the Albright Road allowance - South of the Durham Forest parking lot on 7th Concession.
• We'll walk or ride into the work location.
• Dress for the weather in layers. Bring good footwear & work gloves.
• Bring a bag lunch - snacks and drinks will be provided.
• High school students earn your volunteer hours. Bring form to sign.
