Team H&R Block - Looking for a Few More Good Riders

Team H&R Block has completed our second season as an Alberta based racing team. We are looking to build on our success by adding a few dedicated racers to our team for the 2008 season.

The Team has had an amazing second season of racing and plans are close to being finalized for 2008. We have accomplished some serious goals this season and look to build on our momentum by rounding out our elite team by looking to find a few additional riders to join us to help us achieve our team objectives in 2008.

A few highlights:

• Number 1 road racing team in Alberta
• 2 Canadian National Champions
• 7 Alberta Provincial Champions
• 2 Junior National Team members that represented Canada at the Junior World Championships in Mexico

As we head into the 2008 season we want to continue to help develop riders, with a focus on teamwork in a professional team environment while also looking for new ways of promoting the sport of cycling. One of the ways H&R Block has begun to promote the sport is through our partnership with the Canadian Cycling Association and the Canadian National Cycling team.

Please visit www.canadian-cycling.com for more information on our partnership.

We aim to develop skills on and off the bike to prepare riders who want to advance in the sport or aspire to race at a national level. With the support of our business partners, our team offers product and financial support, but more importantly, an environment focused on developing a riders' ability to ride as part of a dedicated team.

We are looking for a limited number of category 1/2 riders in the core disciplines of road and track racing.

We are also looking to add a limited number Espoir riders.

If you are interested in racing for a professionally run team that focuses on racing please forward your race resume to info@teamhrblock.ca.
