rosserAs a well rounded and experienced rider in both disciplines, Lauren has her sights set on reaching a goal never before achieved, to podium in Cross Country and Downhill at the 2011 Worlds in Champéry, Switzerland. Team Young Guns sponsors Commencal, Shimano, Fox, FSA/Gravity, MRP, Maxxis, SDG, EVOC, Spank and Oakley are providing support to see her realize this goal.

Lauren will join Alex Prochazka, Micayla Gatto and Brendan Howey on the team this year.

Alex continues to be watched on the Slopestyle scene after a fourth place at the Chatel Mountain Style and qualifying second in Virgin, Utah, at The Red Bull Rampage and finishing 11th overall.  His ambitions for the 2011 season are to continue to lay down fast, stylish lines on film and at this season's top Big Mountain Slopestyle comps.

Micayla Gatto is coming off another outstanding season as Canadian National Downhill Champion, winning first place for Dual Slalom at Whistler Kokanee Crankworx and tenth place in the World Cup Women's Downhill in Leogang, Austria.

Brendan Howey continues to be seen throwing down on countless films and at competitions, including a fourth place finish at Sea Otter Dual Stunt Finals.  He had impressive showings at Jump Jam in Aptos, California, and at Crankworx Whistler and Colorado.

The first event on the Team calendar is Sea Otter, which will launch what Team Young Guns hopes will be their most successful season to date.
