Saturday night (November 2nd) the Forest City Velodrome (FCV) is hosting another race in the winter endurance series.  Track racers from across Ontario and the United States will again be on the boards of the 138m Indoor Velodrome in London, Ontario.

The Challenge is out there for the racers at the new Cleveland track to make their way to the FCV for some racing fun.

On the agenda for Saturday evening is a series of Points, Scratch and Miss & Out events for all levels of racers.  Ryan Aitcheson from Kitchener has indicated he is up for any challenge tossed his way.  Candice Vermuelen, fresh off a stint in Los Angeles, will be putting the hurt on the other women in the field.

Bob Schelstreate (Promoter of the Winter Series) said that "after the outstanding response to last weekend's event, this program should be one of the best race nights of the new season.  We should see 45 - 50 racers taking part in the event, with riders starting to geared up for the CanAmQue Challenge at the end of November."

"The CanAmQue race night is our biggest event of the year. It the American Thanksgiving weekend and we always have 8 - 10 racers come up for the States.  That coupled with the Cycling Canada Junior Camp on that weekend, [means] there will be a ton of racers trying to win this most prestigious race".

Schelstreate has been at the FCV from the beginning and looks forward to the racing this Saturday night at 7:00 pm.

Adult admission is $10.00, Seniors $5.00, Kids are always FREE.
