Position: Full time Sales Person

Job Description: Sales and customer service. Maintain a clean environment and assist mechanics when needed.

Job Requirements:
• A high degree of experience and knowledge of cycling combined with the highest level of customer service.
• Respect and appreciation for all customers.
• Friendly, personable, outgoing attitude.
• Willing to work in a great team environment.
• Up to date skills on latest industry technology, equipment and trends.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Willing to work weekends and provide support for Giant events if requested by management.
• Compensation will be based on experience.


Position: Full time Mechanic

Job Description: Manage and maintain repair shop. Process warranty and repairs. Manage parts inventory. Assist in sales when necessary.

Job Requirements:
• A high degree of experience and knowledge of cycling combined with the highest level of customer service.
• Respect and appreciation for all customers.
• Friendly, personable, outgoing attitude.
• Willing to work in a great team environment.
• Up to date skills on latest industry technology, equipment and trends.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work weekends and provide support for Giant events if requested by management.
• Compensation will be based on experience.
