Canada has announced the squad of riders who will represent Canada in the Team Relay on Wednesday, in the first race of the 30th World Championships, here at Mont-Ste-Anne.

The Canadian team will consist of:

Raphael Auclair - Under-23 men
Carter Woods - Junior Men
Laurie Arseneault - Under-23 Women
Catharine Pendrel - Elite Men
Peter Disera - Elite Men

It is a strong team, but Canada faces perennial favourites Switzerland, France and Italy.
