The Performance Summit presented by Cycling BC, BC Athletics, and the Canadian Sport Institute Pacific is designed to educate and empower athletes, along with parents and coaches, with strategies to improve performance and the overall sports experience.

Attend sessions to help you better understand sports nutrition, the athlete and coach mindset, concussions & recovery, strength & conditioning, and more.

Join us at Fortius Sport & Health on January 25th, 2020 and prepare for a fantastic season of sport. This event features a day of insightful presentations and engaging workshops designed for all stakeholders in the Cycling and Athletics community including:

*Please attend workshops designed for coaches, parents or all. "Green" sessions are limited exclusively to Prov. Team athletes only.

Provincial Team Athletes - $25
Provincial Team Parents (morning sessions only)* - $25

Non-Members - $120

Provincial team athletes, parents and Relais Franco students will receive a discount registration code for registration, however, you will need to ensure that you have purchased a 2020 membership and have a Locker account. Please contact your Provincial team manager to access the codes.
