Ride to Survive

Paul Throop, aka Boomer, has now completed 28 days on his Ride To Survive and is in currently in Beijing, China.

Paul is a 56 year old Ottawa cyclist who will ride around the world to raise money and awareness for cancer research and its survivors. He left Ottawa on March 4, 2002 for Japan where he began his 29,000 kilometre journey, visiting 18 countries in 20 months with a goal of raising $3 million dollars. He will arrive in Ottawa on July 1, 2003.
