Congrats to Neil Ross who was named High Performance Coach of the Year by the Coaches Association of Ontario at a ceremony in Toronto last weekend. Neil, a Level 4 Coach, has been working at McMaster - serving as the our Varsity Strength and Conditioning Coach while under contract with Ontario Cycling and the Canadian Sport Centre Ontario. His work in creating a National Training Centre at McMaster University and the 4 Junior National Champions who have come out of his training group in the past two years were cited as some of his accomplishments. His expertise and commitment to the training group has been tremendous and we are delighted to see that his work has been recognized through this award. He was up against the best high performance coaches in Ontario sport in being considered for this award.
