Youth Development Camp

Saturday June 18 - Sunday June 19 , 2005

Age Group:
Minime: age 13-14 Cadet: age 15-16 (Age as of December 31, 2005)

Objective:
To develop athletes in the mountain bike discipline. This camp has been de- signed to meet the needs of Minime and Cadet aged athletes who have competed in some form of organized racing (Citizens Race Events, Ontario Cup Events).

Participants should expect to gain the following by attending the camp:
- Ideas and guidelines with regard to training for competition.
- Improved technical riding skills.
- Exposure to new training tools and methods.
- A better understanding of what it takes to achieve race and training goals.

Accommodations:
Georgian Green Summer Hostel in Barrie, ON.

Transportation:
Parents are responsible to drop athletes at Hardwood Hills off on Saturday morning and pick up on Sunday in the afternoon. Transportation will be pro- vided to and from the hostel.

Meals:
Saturday lunch, Saturday supper, Sunday breakfast , Sunday lunch and Snacks during the day.

Coaches:
The sessions will be delivered by dynamic, experienced coaches who will
bring with them a wealth of knowledge and exciting new techniques.

Cost: $45.00 plus GST
