Licence Category Upgrades

We will be posting an upgrade list early next week that will include all those who have earned the points for optional or mandatory upgrades. It seems that some of you OCA members have been training hard over the off-season!

If you're on this list, give our Membership Coordinator Chris Baskys a call and he will arrange for the exchange of your licences.

If you would like to apply for an upgrade but have not yet earned the required points, complete the upgrade form and return to us. This process takes up to 2 weeks.

Ontario Cup Road Series Registration

Just a reminder to the roadies that all O-Cup road events are now pre-registration only. Don't miss out!

Registration is now open for one of Canada's premiere citizen's mountain bike events!

13 years in the running-- the Giant Bicycle Lake to Lake Classic and Great Wolf Lodge Pond to Pond Events on June 19th, 2011.

These 50 and 20 km courses are challenging and fun for all participants with arguably the best finish area of any bicycle event, right on the beach at Lakeside Park, St. Catharines Ontario. BBQ lunch, Expo and thousands of dollars worth of prizes and prize money to give away.

Don't miss the bicycle event of the year! Go to www.laketolake.ca to get more info and to register.

Centurion Canada to Feature a Hill Climb Event

Centurion Canada, taking place in the Blue Mountains September 16-18, will feature a Friday night Hill Climb. This event will pit athletes against each other and the clock as they head up the Niagara Escarpment in an individual time trial format. The view from the top of Scenic Caves is breathtaking and athletes and spectators alike will enjoy the scenery while waiting to crown the Centurion Hill Climb Champions.

In partnership with Zorrel, our official apparel sponsor, Centurion is pleased to announce that all ride finishers, including those in the kid's ride, will receive a finisher's technical shirt.
