Geoff Kabush (Scott Sports-Maxxis) took his second straight win at the three day Moab Rocks off-road race on Day 2 to add to his lead in the overall standings, while Maghalie Rochette (Clif Bar) finished second in the women's race to move up to second overall.
Rochette, who was third on the opening stage, finished second to Jena Greaser by 58.9 seconds and now sits 1:33.6 behind Greaser in the overall standings. Stage 1 winner Marlee Dixon finished third but drops to third overall, over five minutes back of the lead. Canadian Rachel Pageau is 11th overall.
Kabush won the second stage by 47.1 seconds over Justin Lindine, with Ben Sonntag (second on Stage 1) a further 16.1 seconds back. Kabush now leads Lindine by 50.6 seconds with one stage remaining. Jason Wiebe of Manitoba moved into the top-10, in tenth overall after finishing ninth on the stage.
