New Computrainer Cycling Studio Opens in Toronto

WattsUp Cycling is Toronto's first individualized power-based cycling program within a group environment. WattsUp Cycling is a science-backed, performance-based training program focused on improving your performance. The WattsUp Cycling program is an annual periodized program designed for optimal performance through the summer months. All of our WattsUp Classes are performed on CompuTrainers. Each WattsUp athlete undergoes regular performance testing throughout the year so as to monitor their fitness improvements.

Riders riding with WattsUp include triathletes, cyclists, recreational riders, and fitness enthusiasts. Anyone who owns a bike and wants to get stronger on that bike is welcome to ride at WattsUp Cycling.
