OGC Announces Additions to Sales Team

Outdoor Gear Canada (OGC) has announced several new additions to its sales team.

In Alberta, OGC sales representative Steve Gaffney has hired Aaron Schooler to assist him in northern Alberta. Aaron is on the Canadian National Cyclocross team, ranked in the top ten. He is the Alberta Cross Provincial Champion and is a category 1 road racer on the H&R Block-Kona semi-pro team, ranked in the top 3 in Alberta. Aaron will be based in Edmonton.

In central and western Ontario, OGC has retained Tim Oliver as our sales representative for powersports and winter sports. For the last 5 years, Tim had been a road rep for Specialized and K2 in Ontario. He was a pro mtn bike racer for 8 years and has raced motocross and supermoto for the past 3 years.

In central and western Québec, Josée Charbonneau will assist OGC reps Paul Theriault and François Rochon with powersports and snow. Josée was the Quebec sales representative for sixsixone and was formerly sports marketing manager for Oakley Canada. She was a member of Canada\'s national freestyle ski team from 1993 - 1999, winning two world championships and competing in the 1998 Nagano Olympic games. She is a Level 3 ski coach.

In eastern Quebec, OGC rep Louis Boissinot has hired Geneviève Hallé to assist him. Genviève has worked in sales at Atmosphère stores (part of the Forzani franchise organization) in Québec and, prior to signing on with Louis, was Québec and the Maritimes sales representative for Marmot. She`ll be helping Louis in the Québec City area with Giro , Bell, Camelbak, Powerbar and Mavic clothing and footwear.
