Job Description- Work directly with the general manager on all aspects of the company from sales to shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Sales and shop relations. (main focus)
- Provide market feedback and competitive product information.
- Prepare and present sales reports in weekly meetings.
- Recognize problems and provide solutions.
- Shipping and receiving duties.
- Handle warranty requests.


Job requirements.
- Sales experience.
- Experience as a bicycle mechanic or a good knowledge of bicycle repair.
- General knowledge of the bicycle industry including some BMX knowledge.
- General computer skills with the ability to run an accounting program.
- Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.
