The purchasing department must not only be on the lookout for customer requirements but must ensure that all products offered are available at the time of ordering. To meet the growing demand in the cycle industry, the purchasing team is presently recruiting a Product Manager.

In search of cutting-edge products throughout the world, the product manager is required to travel to find the best products and outsource suppliers.

Under the supervision of the Director of Products & Purchasing, the Product Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Define and analyze potential markets;
• Study the competition (pricing analysis);
• Negotiate with suppliers;
• Evaluate yearly sales;
• Determine selling prices, quantities, margins and rates (forecasting);
• Develop product descriptions for season and booking catalogues;
• Improve the company\'s product offering;
• Provide technical support to the Customer Service Department, sales representatives, and customers regarding products (during meetings, tradeshows, customer visits, etc.).

Required qualifications:

• Bilingual (English - French);
• Bachelor degree in Administration, with an option in marketing or equivalent;
• Minimum of 5 years experience as product manager;
• Knowledge of the bicycle market;
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office solution suite;
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is considered an asset.
