The 1999 Velo NB Provincial Youth "A" Team, consisting of two males and two females for each of the three racing categories under 17, has been chosen and will be competing in four events: A road race, a criterium, an individual time trial, and a team time trial. The team time trial combines the men and women from each category, and is NB‚s best chance for a podium
spot.
